IHC bench adjourns cases filed by tax commissioners

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday adjourned hearing of four cases filed by different income tax commissioners.

IHC Division Bench, comprising of Justice Shuakat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Athar Minallah adjourned the cases. IHC administration would allot next date to the adjourned cases.

Among the adjourned cases, commissioner income tax had filed cases against Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, Neelam Glass Industries, and Wajid Ali and others.

Another case was filed by collector sales tax and federal excise, Rawalpindi against Redco Textile Mills limited.
