ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has submitted its reply before the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) in a case filed by Syed Muhammad Shoaib.
The FST bench comprising of Members Arshad Bhatti and Javed Iqbal Kasi heard the case and adjourned it after the FBR counsel submitted a reply before the bench regarding petitioner’s ‘seniority’ in the department. The bench would resume hearing of the case on December 22.
Another bench of FST comprising of members Rafique Hussain and Muhammad Hamid heard nine other petitions containing complains against FBR regarding seniority matter.
