Counter established at RTO-III to facilitate visitors

KARACHI: The Regional Tax Office-III at Gulistan-e-Johar has established a reception counter to facilitate visitors.

According to notification number Sec-RTO-III-Khi/2015/03 issued by Asif Ali Abro Chief Security Officer RTO-III, in case of any complaint visitors can contact the Chief Security Office.

Besides establishing counter, Regional Tax Office III Karachi has also issued new security Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). According to the notification, visitors are requested to park their vehicles / motorbikes outside the building at their own risk.

It further said, all officers/officials are requested to park their vehicles in parking areas inside the building. “They are specially requested not to park their vehicles in front of car of Chief Commissioner RTO-III at entrance gate inside the building,” notification stated.

“All officers / officials are requested to park their motor-bikes at a reserved place for parking of motor bikes,” notification said while adding that “Carriage of heavy items such as water bottles, furniture etc in lifts is strictly prohibited. In case of any malfunctioning of the lift due to carriage of heavy items the repairing expenditure will be borne by the violator of the rule.”
