Lebanese Minister in Baghdad to dicuss economic issues

BAGHDAD: Lebanese Industry Minister Hussein Hajj Hassan has arrived in Baghdad on the head of an official delegation to discuss common economic issues between the two countries on the level of investment.

The Lebanese Industry Minister Hussein Hajj Hassan has arrived, this morning, in Baghdad at the head of an official delegation.

The visit of the Lebanese delegation to Baghdad came at the invitation of the Iraqi Industry Ministry, explaining that “it will include a discussion of common economic issues between the two countries on the level of investment.”

It is noteworthy that several Lebanese companies invest in several sectors in Iraq, while a number of ministries and Iraqi officials called for the promotion of economic and investment cooperation with Lebanon.
