ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Narcotic Force (ANF) has foiled an attempt to smuggle heroin to Abu Dahbi at Benazir Bhutto International Airport (BBIAP) Islamabad and arrested the accused on the spot.
According to details, the ANF has recovered 120 capsules from Wahdat Khan which were eaten by the accused during searching at BBIAP Islamabad. The ANF sources added that the ANF team during checking of passengers of private airlines Flight no. NL-551 inquired from the accused as the team got doubted. After investigation it was revealed that the accused has eaten 120 capsules full of high quality heroin on which the team took him to Benazir Hospital Islamabad where the doctors recovered 120 capsules filled with full of heroin.
The ANF team arrested the accused and registered a drug smuggling case against him. The ANF sources said that the accused wanted to smuggle heroin to Abu Dahbi and he looked a skillful smuggler.
