MULTAN: The Customs Adjudication has adjourned the contravention case against Shujabad Weaving Mills Limited due to their absence in hearing.
According to details, Shujabad Weaving Mills is facing the allegations of misuse in the Duty Tax Remission of Export (DTRE) in the Customs Adjudication Multan office.
MCC Multan has forwarded the contravention report against Shujabad Weaving Mills for further proceeding in the Customs Adjudication. Deputy Collector Customs Farhat Ali had issued Show-Cause notice to Shujabad Weaving Mills for November 2. Shujabad Weaving Mills has not attended the hearing of case and due to their absence Deputy Collector Farhat Ali has adjourned the case.
The mills will be served another notice for hearing from Customs Adjudication very soon.
