BERLIN: The German automobile, BMW, is going to ‘launch’ a small crossover of 1-Series Sport Cross to slot below the X1.

According to German media, the entry-level BMW crossover will allegedly get the 1-Series Sport Cross moniker and will ride on the UKL front-wheel drive platform. It will be part of an enlarged FWD 1-Series family that will also include a sedan version and set to be sold alongside three- and five-door versions of the hatchback.
