ISLAMABAD: Justice Aamer Farooq of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has disposed of two writ petitions filed against officers of the Regional Tax Office, Islamabad.
Select Beverages (Private) Limited filed the petition against assistant commissioner IR and others through its counsel Naeemul Haq.
In another petition, deputy commissioner Inland Revenue, and others were made party by Majeed Trading Corporation (Private) Limited.
Meanwhile, the court heard the arguments from both sides and received supporting documents.
