ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned the hearing of a petition filed by commissioner income tax, Rawalpindi. The Commissioner had filed the petition against Shalimar Recording Company.
The division bench comprising Justice Shuakat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Athar Minallah heard the petition and adjourned it.
As per bench’s directions, both parties submitted their comments in the court. The bench had asked for further comments submission during last hearing.
