ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday adjourned a writ petition filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
Justice Aamer Farooq heard the case filed by commissioner Inland Revenue, Islamabad and adjourned hearing till December 7.
The judge also directed both counsels to submit comments. Commissioner Inland Revenue had filed the petition through Advocate Babar Ali, while Munawar us Salam represented ATIR in the court.
