ISLAMABAD: The competent authority has disconnected performance allowance of Syed Naveed-ul-Hassan, a BS-19 officer of Inland Revenue Service, for six months.
The authority discontinued the performance allowance of the officer, presently posted as Additional Commissioner-IR, Regional Tax Office-II, Karachi, vide Board’s Notification No.2519-IR-I/2015, dated 29.10.2015, on account of imposition of minor penalty of ‘Censure’ with effect from October 29, 2015 to April 28, 2016, in light of Para-7 of Guidelines for Performance Allowance 2015 dated 06.03.2015. After six months, the officer will have to appear again for fresh selection for grant of performance allowance.
