ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday adjourned hearing of income tax references filed against officials of Regional Tax Office (RTO).
IHC divisional bench comprising of Justice Noor ul Haq Qureshi and Justice Aamer Farooq heard the references.
Pakistan Telecom Mobile Limited had filed three references against commissioner income inland revenue. The court heard the arguments and sent cases to office for setting further dates for hearings.
The bench also heard a tax references filed by commissioner income tax against Small Business Finance Corporation and Al-Sajjad Floor Mills. Hearing of these cases was also adjourned.
