ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal (FST) to resume hearing of cases seeking appearance of Additional Collector Customs, Naureen Ahmad Tarar before the tribunal on 7th December.
FST division bench comprising members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi, would hear the cases in which the additional collector had filed an application demanding permission of not to appear before the tribunal till February 2016.
However, the tribunal had set the date of December seven to resume hearing of the case and hear the case and sought both sides to be in the court on the hearing day for proceedings.
On the other hand the Collectorate of Appraisement Officer, Naureen Tarar had pleaded the tribunal for adjourning of hearing the review petition 146/2015 as she had to attend an ongoing ‘senior management course’ and the undergoing training was expected to end in January 2016.
In a letter written to FST, Naureen Tarar stated that it was not possible for her to take leave of absence from the subject course. She further stated that “Senior Management Course is extremely important for future career and qualifying it with excellent grade is very important.”
