Mercedes-Benz to recall 10,558 vehicles in China

BEIJING: German carmaker Mercedes-Benz will recall 10,558 vehicles in China over defective airbags, China’s quality watchdog said Monday.

The affected vehicles were manufactured between Jan 12, 2007 and Dec 30, 2008, involving C-class and GLK models of year 2008-2009, the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine said in a statement.
