Rawalpindi Customs collects Rs 1.2b customs duty during July-Nov

ISLAMABAD: The Model Customs Collectorate Rawalpindi collected Rs 1.242 billion in terms of customs duty during July-November, 2015.

According to the details, the Rawalpindi Customs showed a minor decline as it had collected Rs 1.836 billion during same corresponding period of the last year, 2014.

On the other hand, the Islamabad Customs collected Rs 660.51 million, as customs duty during the said period and showed 1.5 percent growth over the last year’s Rs 650.92 million.

Meanwhile, the Peshawar Customs generated Rs 2.99 billion in wake of customs duty and attained 38 percent growth over last year, as it had collected Rs 2.199 billion.
