PHILADELPHIA: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers arrested fugitives wanted in Dallas and Somerset County, N.J., at Philadelphia International Airport.
Christopher Koller, 38, of Fairless Hills, Pa., is wanted in Somerset County on larceny charges. He arrived about 3 p.m., on a flight from Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Davidre S. Williams, 23, of Los Angeles, is wanted in Dallas on larceny charges. CBP detained Williams before he boarded a 6:30 p.m. flight to Paris, France.
CBP verified the warrants and extradition requests with each wanting jurisdiction. CBP then biometrically verified the travelers as the wanted persons and turned them over to local authorities for extradition.
On average, CBP arrests 22 wanted persons every day at air, land and sea ports of entry across the United States.
CBP routinely conducts inspection operations on arriving and departing international flights and intercepts narcotics, weapons, currency, prohibited agriculture products, and other illicit items. View CBP’s ‘On a Typical Day’ enforcement stats at CBP Snapshot.

Criminal charges are merely allegations. Defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
