SONY launches world’s first 4K smartphone Xperia Z5 premium

BEIJING: SONY kickstarted the grand opening of its store at Gurney Plaza in Penang by launching the much anticipated 4K smartphone Xperia Z5 Premium.

Touted as the world’s first 4K smartphone, the device boasts a stunning high-resolution display and video with an impressive battery life.

Visitors can now get hands-on experience of the premium smartphone at the store.

Besides that, the new store owned by Lam Loong Photo House Sdn Bhd located on the mall’s third floor also offers personal audio equipment such as headphones, bluetooth speakers, PS4 console, games and phone accessories.

Lam Loong Photo Housemanaging director Stephen Yuong said he was confident that the new store would do well as it is in a good location.

“We are glad for all the public support which culminated in the opening of this store here,” he said at the launch of the store recently.

Sony (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd managing director Satoshi Hatano also applauded the opening of the store which would offer Malaysians more premium goods from Sony.

Visitors looking for the latest mobile handphones and accessories will also be spoilt for choice with various smartphone models on offer at the store.
