Hyderabad customs impounds smuggled black tea worth Rs 7,00,000

HYDERABAD:  The customs intelligence and investigation Hyderabad seized foreign origin smuggled 1390 kilograms of black tea worth Rs 7,00,000 during a raid.

Sources told Customs Today, the customs intelligence and investigation Hyderabad received credible information regarding the smuggling of foreign origin  black tea therefore a raiding party was formed to foil the smuggling bid the raiding team intercepted a vehicle near  bela khata by pass at Hyderabad recovered 1390 kilograms of  black tea.

The team Hyderabad intelligence and investigation FIU under the supervision deputy superintendent  Sikander Hayat Khanzada comprising  inspector Irfan Ghani inspector Syed Noor Muhammad Shah inspector Yawar Abbas and others  took part in the operation.
