TRENTON: Police arrested two men and seized marijuana, heroin and three cars during raids on three separate houses in Trenton on Tuesday, authorities said.
Trenton police, along with State Police raided two houses on Spring Street and one on Bellvue Avenue after a two-month investigation into drug dealing and gun crimes in the area, Lt. Stephen Varn said.
Police raided a house on the 200 block of Spring Street, one on the 300 block of Spring Street and one on the 400 block of Bellvue Avenue, seizing a Buick, a Toyota Camry and a Ford Explorer, along with 500 grams – just more than 1 pound – of marijuana, 40 bags of heroin and $374 in cash, Varn said.
James Page, 30, and Kaire Thomas, 36, were arrested and charged with drug possession and distribution offenses and criminal trespassing during the raids, Varn said.
Bail was set for Page and Thomas at $50,000 each, according to police records
