ISLAMABAD: A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprising its Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti dismissed two petitions and reserved judgment in three cases here on Monday.
The bench reserved the judgment of cases filed by Ghani Glass and Afrasyab Mehmood against customs collector, Peshawar. The bench also reserved a decision of a case filed by customs collector, Peshawar.
Meanwhile, the tribunal bench had dismissed the cases filed by Akhar Khan and Muhammad Ali. Akhtar Khan had approached tribunal against Director General Inelligence and Investigations, Islamabad while Muhammad Ali had submitted the complaint against customs collector, Peshawar.
