FBR suspends three increments, performance allowance of 20 officials of Peshawar Customs

PESHAWAR: The Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) has stopped three increments and performance allowance of 20 officers of the Peshawar Customs Collectorate after proving their inefficiency during their course of duty.

As per the directives of the FBR, the officials included Superintendent Musa Khan, Superintendent Atta Mohammad, Superintendent Fazal Subhan, Deputy Superintendent Ashfaq Hussain, Deputy Superintendent Zulfiqar Khan, Deputy Superintendent Kifayatullah Khan, Deputy Superintendent Dilawar Khan, Deputy Superintendent Amir Ghazal, Inspector Asmat Kamal, Inspector Fareed Khan, Inspector Mohammad Zaman, Inspector Mazhar Ali, Inspector Saeed Khan, Inspector Owes Khan, Inspector Muzafar Khan, Inspector Abdul Waheed, Inspector Mian Imtiaz Shah, Inspector Mohammad Zia Khan, and Examiner Khalid Sadeeq Marwat.

Besides stopping of three increments, the performance allowance of these officers has also been suspended for six months. The punishment and reward system goes hand in hand in FBR as earlier to this the performance allowance of several officers was restored after improvement in their performance.
