KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has decided to introduce a new software that will be connected with all excise departments of the four provinces. Through this software, the FBR will get all the required information about motor vehicles owners.

Additional Commissioner Regional Tax Office-III Zahida Sultan told Customs Today that new software will be launched during the last week of February. She said that FBR will get all the relevant data of motor vehicles owners and will collect withholding tax data. She said that excise and taxation departments of all the four provinces will be able to transfer data to FBR without any hurdle.
