Customs Appellte Tribunal to hear cases filed against FBR on Tuesday

ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad Bench-II, will hear four cases filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) field offices on Tuesday next.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II, comprising Member Judicial, M Maqsood ul Hassan and Member Technical, M Nasir Khan would hear the cases.

According to details, M/S Win Pipe Industries had filed a case against Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation Islamabad, through Advocate Shaukal Ali Qureshi. And, appellant Taj Muhammad had also filed a similar petitioner challenging DG Intelligence and Investigation Islamabad decision.

In two other cases, appellants Iqbal Mansoor and Faisal Asmat had filed petitions against Model Customs Collector, Islamabad.
