APTEA hails announcement of special allowance

LAHORE: All Pakistan Tax Employees Association (APTEA) welcome the announcement of special allowance by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the employees of FBR for showing outstanding performance in collection of  taxes during the first six months of Financial Year 2015-16.

APTEA Central President Aslam Pervaiz and Lahore President Asgher Verya told Customs Today that they appreciate the FBR’s step that is taken for the welfare of employees.

They said that special allowance should be equal to one basic salary. They said that the FBR employees will work hard in future.

The APTEA leaders appealed to the Ministry of Finance and the FBR that performance allowance of the employees, that was frozen in the past, should be restored at the earliest.
