MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has assigned Rs 7.7 billion revenue collection target to the Regional Tax Office Multan for January, 2016.
The Multan RTO will have to collect Rs 3.69 billion in wake of sales tax, Rs 3.80 billion under the head of income tax and Rs 210 million as the federal excise duty during the period.
The field formation had collected Rs 37.09 billion during the first two quarters of running economic year 2015-16.The Regional Tax Office Multan have been assigned revenue collection target of Rs 70 billion for the on-going fiscal year.
