Customs Appellate Tribunal chairman to resume hearing of cases from tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti will reach Islamabad on Tuesday to resume hearing of enlisted cases at the tribunal’s headquarters.

The registrar office of the tribunal and other staffers had finalized preparation to maintain hearing of cases upon the arrival of the chairman. According to official schedule, the chairman would reach office by 10 am.

The chairman would hold tribunal proceedings as single bench and, in division bench in accompany with Member Technical, Nasir Khan.

Upon his arrival, the chairman would hear cases of M/s Crystal Traders, M/s Asian Trading, M/s Kohinoor Chemical, Aftab Ahmad, and United Wings Trading, Customs Collectorate, Islamabad, M/s Sana Enterprises, M/s Nisar Traders, M/s Waseem Autos, M/s Momentum Trading Co, M/s Iqbal and Company and others.
