Customs Appellate Tribunal Single Bench resvers verdict on four cases

ISLAMABAD: A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad, has reserved judgments in four cases.

The single bnech, comprising Tribunal’s Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti reserved decision on four cases with the completion of arguments from both sides.

The chairman had reserved decisions of cases filed by M/s Crystal Traders, M/s Asian Trading, United Wings Trading and assistant collector customs, Islamabad.

M/s Crystal Traders, M/s Asian Trading and United Wings Trading had challenged decisions of collector customs, Islamabad. And, assistant collector customs had filed the petition against a citizen, Tariq Mehmood.

Meanwhile, the bench also adjourned hearing of as many as 11 cases till January 25.  Adjourned cases included petitions filed by M/s Sana Enterprises, SMI Traders, M/s Kohinoor Chemical, DG Intelligence and Investigations, Islamabad and others.
