IHC reissues notice to IR tribunal in a housing society case

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday reissued notice to Inland Revenue Appellate Tribunal.

IHC division bench comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddique and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani reissued notice to the tribunal for non-compliance with previous notice issued to the tribunal in recent month.

The court has strictly directed the tribunal to submit its reply in five reference filed by Jammu Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society through Advocate Rahat Shaheen Khokhar.

The court had also given a deadline to the tribunal to submit reply by second week of February.
