LAHORE: The Special Court of Custom Taxation and Anti-Smuggling did not hear any case on Thursday as the judge was on leave.
As per details, 22 different cases, including pre-arrest bail pleas filed by accused persons named Ghany Khan and Mudasar, Aftab Shiekh case and a tax evasion case of Faisalabad Dry Port were scheduled for the day. The cases of customs, smuggling and narcotics were also scheduled.
All the case have been adjourned until next hearing as specials judge Chaudhary Ameer Muhammad Khan was on leave due to unknown reason.
