The owner submitted an application before the Customs Adjudication for the release of the seized oil tankers and the diesel.

After thorough proceedings, the Additional Collector Adjudication ordered the seizure of both the oil and tankers. The worth of oil and tankers is Rs 6 million and Rs 5 million respectively.
