Customs Appelate Tribunal DB to hear 15 customs cases today

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal will hear 15 customs cases on Monday.

According to details, the division bench comprising of Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Member Technical M Nazim Saleem would hear eight customs cases. Another division bench comprising the chairman and another member Technical, M Nasir Khan, would hear seven cases.

The former division bench would hear cases, which were filed by National Institute of Health, Islamabad, Expanded Programe on Immunization, Fahad Industries, Sanaullah, Abid Butt, Malik Jehangir Ahmed, M Mnsoor and M/s Iqbal and Co. Six of these cases had been filed against collector customs, Islamabad, except Malik Jehangir and National Institute of Health, which had made Directorate General Intelligence and Investigation a respondent in the cases.

The later division bench would hear cases all seven cases filed against customs intelligence, Islamabad. These cases had been filed by M/s Waseem Autos, M/s Nisar Traders, M/s Parts and Parts, M/s Chief Autos, M/s Aman Elahi and Co, and M/s Kohinoor Traders.
