KARACHI: Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Appraisement-East Majid Yousfani has directed subordinates to expedite the clearance process in order to facilitate the traders.
As per details, the collector also urged the officers for conducting assessment and examination of the goods declaration and consignments efficiently and in a speedy way.
The collector has issued instructions following the complaints put forward by the importer during a meeting with him. The importers informed the collector regarding the problems being faced by the Pakistan International Containers Terminal
Majid Yousfani also directed the officers for early clearance of the consignments with zero pendency. He also directed the official to examine the consignments cleared through red and yellow channels thoroughly.
