IHC reserves verdict on case filed by M/s. Al-Haj Enterprise

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has reserved a judgement of M/s Al-Haj Enterprise after hearing arguments of both sides.

The IHC judge, Justice Athar Minallah, heard the case and reserved the judgement stating as “wait for order” as per court’s procedure. The appellant had challenged an Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad decision before the IHC which included the tribunal as respondent as well.

Justice Athar also directed the concerned counsel to submit the decision of appellate tribunal in order for consideration while finalizing the judgment of the case. Collector of customs was also made respondent in the case along with the customs appellate tribunal.
