MULTAN: The Customs Collectorate has issued warrant for the attachment for the property of Muhammad Yousaf Traders which is located in House No 2016-18, Street No 6 Delhi Gate Multan for allegedly evading property tax to the tune of Rs 41,119.
The Customs Collectorate has attached the moveable and immoveable properties of Muhammad Yousaf Traders according to rule 133 and 151 of the Customs Rule 2001 with section 202 of the Customs Act 1969.
The Recovery Department has issued many notices to Muhammad Yousaf Traders for the payment of their outstanding dues after their failure to clear dues Customs authorities have decided to attach their property.
Deputy Collector Muhammad Ali Malik has directed Recovery Department to seal the property of all those defaulters who are avoiding to clear their outstanding dues as soon as possible.
Principal Appraiser Mehmood Ahmad Khan has been appointed as attachment officer for the recovery of outstanding of dues from Muhammad Yousaf Traders.
