ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad Bench-II, has adjourned the hearing of three customs cases until third week of February.
A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprising Member Technical Muhammad Nasir Khan heard the cases filed by M/s Amson Vaccines (Private) Limited, Islamabad.
The appellant had made Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad, respondent in these references. During the course of hearing, the tribunal member directed both counsels to complete arguments in the cases on the next hearing.
M/s Amson Vaccines had filed petition challenging customs department orders panelizing it for paying short-duty in head of different imported items.
In this regard, the company had filed three identical customs cases, bearing the following cases numbers, 53, 54 and 136 in the year 2015.
