ISLAMABAD: A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal (Bench-I) has reserved judgments on four cases filed against Collector of customs, Islamabad.
The single bench under Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti heard the cases filed against collector customs, Islamabad and reserved their decision after hearing the arguments.
Muhammad Akram, Ghani Glass, Aftab Ahmed, and SMI Traders were appellants in the cases. The appellants had challenged the departmental decisions before the Customs Appellate Tribunal.
The chairman adjourned hearing of several other cases till March. He directed the parties involved to ensure presence before the tribunal on next hearing and produce arguments in order to decide the fate of cases on the earliest.
