Faisalabad Excise collects Rs 46.196m as professional tax in seven months

FAISALABAD: The Excise and Taxation Department has collected Rs 46.196 million in seven months under the head of professional tax  .

Sources informed Customs Today that the department has collected RS 46.196 million against the assigned target  of Rs 87.269  million  which is 53 percent extra.

Similarly, excise Jhang branch  collected Rs 3.684 million against the assigned target of Rs  8.937 million under the head of professional tax durning seven months of current Fiscal Year.

Meanwhile, excise Chiniot branch collected   professional tax  to the tune of Rs 2.015 million against the assigned target of Rs 4.135 million. Toka Tek Singh excise collected Rs 4.001 million against the assigned target of Rs 8.706  million during first seven months of current Fiscal Year.
