SIALKOT: The Customs Department has decided to issue customs clearing licences only to those applicants who undergo one week training to learn customs clearing rules and regulations.
Sources told Customs Today that Deputy Collector Palwasha Syed has intimated all applicants to complete the required training before applying for a licence. Sources said that applicants are required to submit their applications along with the training certificate. The applications without training certificates will be rejected.
