Chairman FBR Nisar to preside over meeting of tax reforms committee

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Nisar Mohammad will preside over meeting of tax reforms committee.

Sources informed Customs Today that during the meeting Chairman FBR will examine the implementation of recommendations suggested by tax reforms committee. The meeting will take place in conference room of FBR headquarter. The meeting will be held today and will conclude tomorrow March 5.

Prominent among those who will attend the meeting includes Chairman Tax Reforms Commission Syed Masood Naqvi, Member Ishfaq Dola, Member IR Operations Abid H. Shaban, Member Dr. Mohammad Irshad, Member Customs Nasir Masroor Ahmad, Member Inland Revenue Policy Rehmatullah Wazir.

Sources said that participants of the meeting will forward their suggestions to streamline the process of tax collections.
