FAISALABAD: Customs Adjudication Additional Collector Beelam Ur Ramzan issued a show-cause notice to accused person; Muhammad Umar allegedly involved in Rs 1.13 million tax evasion.
The additional collector served notice on accused through Sargodha Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) for attending the hearing.
The Sargodha ASO had made Muhammad Umar a respondent in the case pertaining to the confiscation of the Hino Truck, which was being used for the transportation of the smuggled items.
The Customs Adjudication additional collector summoned the accused person on April 1, 2016 to attend the hearing.
