Customs Court seeks interim challan of mobile smuggling case

LAHORE: The Special Federal Court of Customs, Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has asked the customs prosecution team to submit interim challan of the mobile smuggling case.

According to details, three alleged smugglers, who were identified as Naseer Khan Afghani, Mukhtar Ahmad and Humayun, were presented before Customs Court Judge Ameer Muhammad Khan. The court adjourned the hearing of the case until next week. All of the accused have got bail from the court.

The accused Naseer Khan is a resident of Afghanistan and Mukhtar and Humayon belong to Peshawar. It is also revealed during investigations that Naseer Khan is illegally residing in Pakistan without having valid legal documents.
