IHC to hear case filed against FBR today

ISLAMABAD: A single bench of Islamabad High Court will hear a case on Friday filed against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) today.

IHC single bench comprising of Justice Aamer Farooq would hear the tax writ petition, 615/2016, filed by M/s Al-Badar Engineering.

SC upholds CCP price-fixing finding against PVMA, orders Rs30m penalty deposit

Raja Muhammad Iqbal would contest the case on behalf of Federal Board of Revenue while Atif Khan will represent the appellant.

The appellant had claimed challenged a banking court decision before the court which also involved over-charging of tax by the department.
