ISLAMABAD: A single bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear a case on Friday (today) filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)
A single bench of the IHC comprising Justice Aamer Farooq would hear the tax writ petition, 615/2016, filed by M/s Al-Badar Engineering.
Raja Muhammad Iqbal would contest the case on behalf of the Federal Board of Revenue while Atif Khan will represent the appellant.
The appellant had challenged a banking court decision before the court which also involved over-charging of tax by the department.
