IHC postpones hearing of case filed against FBR

ISLAMABAD: A single bench of Islamabad High Court on Friday adjourned hearing of filed against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

IHC Single Bench comprising of Justice Aamer Farooq heard the case and adjourned till second week of April.  M/S Al-Badar Engineering had filed the tax writ petition, 615/2016, filed by . The court adjourned hearing as the appellant’s main counsel had not appeared before the court. The court directed the sides to ensure their presence before the bench on next hearing. Raja Muhammad Iqbal was contesting the case on behalf of federal board.
