SIALKOT: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation, Gujranwala, has impounded a non-duty paid Toyota Hilux Surf worth Rs 1.2 million on Grand Trunk Road.
Reportedly, Customs Intelligence Deputy Director Muhammad Anwar deputed Inspector Majid Raza Shah on GT Road to check vehicles.
The inspector checked many vehicles and impounded Toyota Hilux Surf as the owner of the vehicle remained failed to show the documents regarding the customs clearance.
The inspector shifted the vehicle to the office compound of Customs Intelligence Gujranwala and registered a case against driver, while further investigation is underway.
