Member Rehmatullah Wazir to attend ‘7th IMF-Japan High-Level Tax Conference’

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue Inland Revenue Policy Member Rehmatullah Wazir will leave for Japan on April 3 (Sunday) to attend the Seventh IMF-Japan High-level Tax Conference.

The conference is going to be held in Tokyo and will continue until April 7. In the conference, all the participants will share their experiences with each other. A member from all representative countries will give presentation; while Member Rehmatullah Wazir wills represent Pakistan.

It may be mentioned here that Rehamattulah Wazir has been invited by the IMF Fiscal Affairs director to attend the meeting.

The IMF and Japanese Ministry of Finance will co-host the IMF-Japan High-Level Tax Conference for Asian Countries in Tokyo. It may mention here that sixth conference was attended by IR Policy former member Shahid Hussain Asad.
