Deputy Collector MDP, two employees resume duties after attending workshop‏

MULTAN:  Deputy Collector Abdul Mueed Kanjoo along with appraiser and inspector resumed their duties after attending seminar on the Intellectual Property Rights.

According to details, Deputy Collector Multan Dry Port has resumed his responsibilities again at Multan Dry Port after two days training program on the topic of Intellectual Property Rights. The seminar was held in Karachi where officials from all Customs departments were invited to participate in training and awareness seminar.

The purpose of the seminar  was to restrict imitation and duplication items imported from other countries. It will enhance the skills of the officials and also protect the property rights through patents copy rights and trademarks.

These officials will implement their skills at the time of clearance of any import consignment by proper screening of the batch to protect the intellectual rights of the product.
