Leave applications against rules and regulation will not be considered: PCA

ISLAMABAD: The Directorate General of Post Clearance Audit (PCA) has warned the officials and officer that any leave application against the rules and regulations will not be considered.

PCA Assistant Director Furqan Mehmood issued a circular stating that it is observed that rules and regulations are not being followed by the employees for getting approval of leave applications, adding that the PCA headquarters will only review all application of officials and officers from onward. He stated that the department will accept applications, which will be submitted following the rules.

The applications filed by violating the laws will not be approved and the person concerned will be considered as absent and stern action will be taken against him.

The assistant director further said that the officials will have to inform the competent authority about the leave in emergency case and later will approve the application.
