ISLAMABAD: The uproar of TCS and Smart Zone Smuggling case has reached the corridors of parliament. The Sub-Committee of Senate Committee on Finance appreciated the performance of Customs Intelligence and Investigations.  Nasreen Jalil, the chairperson of the Sub-Committee of Senate Committee on Finance , lauded the FBR officers for taking up the case in a brave manner and without accepting any pressure. The committee directed the FBR officers to keep up the spirit in a brave manner against the corrupt mafia.

It is pertinent to mention here that the Sub-committee of the Senate had included the TCS scandal issue in its agenda following the Customs Today’s report and had earlier called DG Lutf Ullah and appreciated his performance.
