ISLAMABAD: Smart Zone Company Chief Executive Shakirullah, allegedly involved in TCS smuggling case, has hired Senator Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan for his case in Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court.

Aitzaz filed bail petition on Thursday in the court, but the petition was not accepted because the authorities had not provided a copy of the petition. The court adjourned the hearing until November 25, asking the petitioner to provide the copy of the petition. Deputy Director Shahid Jan of the Rawalpindi Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation represented his department in the court.
